RSG, Inc. interview questions

Withdrew. RSG is one of those companies that requires personality assessments in their interview process. Not only is that a hard no for me but also, they pay isn't even close to competitive for me to consider completing one of those because I value my time and my 10 years experience. I appreciate the transparency though.

Relatively easy and good communication. I got an email requesting an onsite interview after applying online. Initial interview was with 2 senior analysts about technical skills and professional experience. A week after , I got a follow up request for another interview with 2 partners which lasted an hour and was based on personality and company fit. The interview felt more like a conversation over coffee. IT took about 2 weeks to get an offer, I asked to negotiate and the hiring manager was open to it.
