      Graphic Designer-advertising Interview

      8 Jun 2012
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at RRspin in Sept 2010

      Interview

The hiring process began with a one-on-one interview with the publisher to discuss my abilities, after which I was given a assignment to create a flyer for an upcoming event for a non-profit organization. This was given to me to see how I work, how quickly I can complete the assignment, and the quality of the work I created. I compleled the work in under a day and this impressed the publisher so much that he and I agreed on a working contract.
