Interview
I applied online and received a call within 24 hours. There was an HR phone interview and then I was invited to a formal interview. The first interview was with the department manager and the second interview was with a panel of executives. I was offered the position rather quick and was asked if I would consider leaving my (at the time) current employer early with only a one weeks notice.

The typical system administrator questions-Can you add move change, how do you do this, what are your thoughts on xyz. They kept asking "how do you handle pressure" type questions and "can you work extended or overtime hours" questions.
