Sent in 10 second snapchat story as creative example with application. Phone interview about 30 mins. A lot of questions but basic. In person interview for personality match. Phone interview was the hardest part.
Good interview chats. Was some scheduling mishaps that occurred but otherwise easy going and interesting regular interview style conversations. There was a video required, and I believe 3 rounds of interviews after.
Recruitment is definitely a long process. Applied end of May or beginning of June, phone screening in July, final round in August. However, recruiters are amazing and supportive, and no one is ever trying to trick you!

It was straightforward. Had to answer prompts. Went through a phone screening with a recruiter who was super nice and I felt comfortable talking to them. The recruiter let me know the steps and the interview process was very transparent.
