      No offer
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ROI Revolution (Raleigh, NC)

      Interview

ROI Revolution's interview process is long and intense! They model their process off of Google's, and one of their mantras is to hire to the best, so be ready for it! The total time took about a month and consisted of around 1 stage per week. The first stage is a phone interview with an HR rep. If you get through that, the next stage is about 2 hours worth of assessments. There is an IQ type test, a personality test, spelling/grammar/ and a typing test. I had two more rounds after this: one with two HR people and one with an HR rep and the hiring manager; although, I know different people have had different orders with their interviews and some have had to read a book for theirs. Most of my questions had to do with my past experience and how it related to the position. ROI's interview experience is long and tough, but they are making sure they find the right people that will be able to handle and excel in their work environment.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ROI Revolution (Raleigh, NC) in Aug 2016

      Interview

There was a 30 minute phone screening before I was brought in to perform logic and grammar tests. The phone screen was composed of a variety of questions ranging from experience to interests to other job opportunities I was pursuing. I was brought in the next week to tour the office, take a logic test, and also a grammar test.

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ROI Revolution

      Interview

The interview process was fairly long. It started off with an initial phone screening, after which I was invited to come in to take their assessment. It was similar to a GRE logic test, with a spelling/grammar test, as well as a personality test and a typing test. After the test, I was invited back for a first interview, which was conducted by the head of HR. After this initial interview, I was invited back two subsequent times. At the last interview, I was made an offer, after which I requested time to think about it. I will say that everyone I met was highly intelligent, friendly, and enthusiastic about their work. It also offered significant training for the position required. I wound up turning down the job because it paid less than I thought, and it was hourly not salaried. My one piece of constructive criticism would be to give more decision time for offers- I was expected to sign the day of the offer, and was only given two additional days after the offer was on the table. Other than that, it was a great experience, although I did not accept.
