The interview process took almost a month and was very rigorous, which included a phone interview, IQ and personality test and 2 group interviews.
I applied for the Business Analyst position and got an email within a couple of days for a phone interview. The phone interview was almost 20-25 mins along and comprised of basic interview questions (tell me about yourself, your experiences, experience with data analysis/research, experience with presenting results etc).
After the phone interview, I was asked to come to ROI's office for a grammar test (sentence corrections, choosing the right spelling) , personality test (ranking scenarios as best or worst) and an hour long IQ test. If you've had any previous experience with IQ tests, you wont find it difficult.
A week after these tests, I was asked to come for a panel interview for two positions i.e. Business Analyst and Internet Marketing Analyst. The panel included the HR person I was in contact with (Kaitlyn), team lead of the business analyst group, team lead of paid search marketing and the HR director. The interview lasted for approximately 30 -45 minutes. Most of the questions were related to my resume and similar to the ones on the phone interview.
I was then asked to come for a second panel interview with Kaitlyn, team lead of the paid search marketing group and another HR recruiter. The questions were somewhat similar (what intrigues you about digital marketing, qualities you look for in a manager etc). I was asked to wait outside the conference room after this interview and was informed that the company would like to move ahead with the final steps. It felt great to get the job offer after a rigorous interview process. Throughout the entire process, Kaitlyn was extremely friendly and accommodating.
