You must know someone to even get your foot in the door on the sales team. After that, you get your initial interview with one of the Sales Supervisors. When promoting to Sales Account Manager, you have an interview with the Director of Sales. Very pleasant conversation based interview. He lets you lead the line of questioning, and will chime in with conversation starters if you're stalling.
