They sat me down and asked questions why you want the internship. They were very friendly and wanted to get to know more about you. They are flexible and understanding with school schedule.

Submitted an application and got an interview. Then interviewed with two people in my department. After that I was emailed an offer letter and accepted. It was very transparent and a great experience.

Two rounds of interviews. The first was to get to know me and the next set of questions were more challenging. The knew that I didn't know much about insurance so they asked very general questions about my career aspirations and coursework in school.
