I would consider my interview process to be in 3 different stages. The initial stage was with their recruiter, who spoke to me at length about the company and RLI’s benefit package.
The 2nd stage was with who would be my direct manager. This meeting really educated me on company culture, what my role would entail and how it fits in the overall insurance product, and the manager’s outlook on being with the company for as long as they have.
The 3rd stage was a meeting with the manager a step above, it seemed to be more of a reassurance that I would be a good match personality and ambition wise.

Question 1
What was one time where you dealt with a miscommunication or disagreement between fellow employees.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at RLI (Philadelphia, PA) in Sept 2017
Interview
interviewed with a woman, she was very rude and not engaging at all with the interview. I did not get a good vibe off of her. I have a lot of experience and been in the industry for years, she did not seem to care at all and basically rushed the interview for it to be over.
