      Relationship Executive Interview

      28 May 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through other source. I interviewed at RLDatix

      Interview

This was not truly an interview process. I met with a recruiter and one other individual who had no alignment with the role I applied for — two people I already knew from a previous position. From the start, it felt as though I was being treated with bias. About six months prior, I had turned down a job offer at RLDatix due to their compensation being well below market value. The second person I interviewed with happened to be the same leader I had declined — someone from an entirely separate team with no direct connection to the role in question. This context made the entire experience feel compromised before it even began. The recruiter was unresponsive for a full month, only reaching out once to say she would have an answer the following week — then went completely silent when that deadline came and passed. No follow-up, no closure. I applied to RLDatix because I genuinely believe in their model and long-term outlook. That made this experience all the more disappointing. This was, without question, the most unpleasant interview process I have ever gone through. It became clear that someone with a personal bias handled my initial interview and strung me along — seemingly as retaliation for previously declining their offer.

      Question 1

It was less of a formal interview and more of a catch up. As the "interviewer" put it, "I already know you, so no need to ask questions about the role." The only question asked was, how I go about filling up my calendar daily.
