Interview
A single non-technical interview followed by a requested email.
Talked a lot about the difference between them and their sister company.
Quite easy seemed like what decided if you got the position was whoever was more personable.
The interview was one day in Bethesda. I met with different team members one-on-one and we both asked each other questions. There were a few problem sessions, with questions such as "How would you approach this problem?". There was a coding session with either Python or C++.
