RINA interview questions

The interview process was well organized and conducted in a professional manner. The interviewer started by introducing the company and explaining the role and responsibilities in detail. Most of the questions focused on my previous procurement experience, including spend analysis, identifying cost-saving opportunities, preparing procurement reports and dashboards, and handling supplier-related activities. I was also asked to walk through my career background and explain specific projects I had worked on. The interview felt conversational rather than intimidating, and the interviewer gave me enough time to elaborate on my answers. Overall, it was a positive experience with relevant and practical questions that aligned with the position.

Il processo di selezione si è svolto in tre step: un primo colloquio conoscitivo con HR, un secondo colloquio tecnico molto dettagliato sulle competenze di project management, metodologie, gestione stakeholder e priorità, e un terzo incontro conoscitivo con il team per valutare fit, collaborazione e modalità di lavoro.
