Interview process went pretty smoothly. There were two zoom interview meetings, before meeting with the Gallery Leader in-person. It seems like RH puts a lot of focus on finding people that are a great fit for the role and company and are willing to keep the position vacant until they find this person. The last interview was the most-intensive, with the interviewee asking very in-depth questions about my entire work history and reasons for leaving each job.

OFFICE MANAGER ASKING QUESTIONS LIKE: tell me a bit about yourself and your experience in interior design or project coordination? What software do you use for scheduling, communication, or tracking design progress (e.g., Excel, Asana, AutoCAD, Revit)? How do you handle changes in client requests once a project is already underway? How do you handle communication between designers, architects, and clients?
