A few different zoom interviews with various managers. They want to get to know you and ask a lot of questions. After two interviews, they wanted my to meet with the director.
Since she was on vacation they had me meet with another manager. The interview went so well that she basically told me that she loved me and hoped to get back to me with good news in a few hours.
She immediately called me back to apologize and say that I do need to in fact meet with this director before they could make a decision. I then scheduled a 4th interview with the director that had to be rescheduled twice because of her vacation.
When I finally interviewed with the director, she was downright nasty to me. She spent the entire time interrogating me about every gap in my resume and questioned my loyalty because Of a temp job that did not extend the program. In between some jobs, I have taken a little bit of time off to travel a couple of times in my career, but nothing unusual. She really ripped in to me about my last lay off, which was of course do due the coronavirus. When it was my turn to ask questions, she replied with a sharp “what do you think?” When I expressed a desire to grow, she acted like I was impatient and questioned my loyalty some more. When the call was over I was truly taken aback at how rude and unprofessional she was to me, let alone in such a difficult and vulnerable time for Candidates. Her team of management had spent a lot of time and effort talking to and presenting me and she just came and shut me right down.
The next day I got an automated rejection email from the recruiting coordinator.

Question 1
So what is something else about yourself that you can tell me?
Easy to navigate as I felt very comfortable with those who were interviewing me. It was a nice conversation. I was able to connect very well. We talked about the position and they took interest to my personality.
It was quick , 30 minutes. They ask the normal interview questions. They let me know immediately after the interview that they wanted to hire me. They were transparent. And I was greeting with smiles with all the staff.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at RH (Tracy, CA)
Interview
Interview process was pretty concise. Effective communication and basic interview questions were asked. Received an answer almost immediately, was hired on and started the following week. Honestly one of the quickest/best interviews.
