REZI interview questions

I applied online through Indeed. The hiring manager reached out to me directly. Zoom interview was scheduled and went well. The hiring manager stated that either way, they would reach out about the next steps or if they are moving forward with other candidates. I have followed up but have not been contacted again. Very unprofessional!

The interview process really was a series of conversations with various people in the organization. I was able to get a good sense out what what they want from this role and what their expectations are. I was also able to share what I want out of the role. REZI is very focused on fit, which I appreciate because that is important to me too.
