Completed initial phone interview which apparently went well enough for the interviewer to schedule a video interview the next day with another interviewer. I never received the Skype call at the previously confirmed time. I placed 3 calls thought the day, and sent 3 emails to see what happened, and never heard back. I understand from their ad they are "fast paced" and "a start up", but I experienced the same lack of basic coordination, communication, and courtesy from REX they say they are looking for in a candidate to possess for this position, as another Reviewer also noted on Glassdoor.
