I got in through KCET and there is nepotism and inter politics but ya opportunities are given and open for us to explore and grab it. Lecturers are friendly though.
The interview process began with an online aptitude test focusing on logical reasoning, verbal ability, and basic programming. Shortlisted candidates had a technical round covering DSA, OOPs, and problem-solving, followed by an HR round discussing projects, strengths, and career goals.
