I had a very similar experience as the other person who wrote an interview review here. I prepared for this interview thoroughly. It was (and still is) advertised falsely. This position is for a Spa Manager and pays 60,000-75,000, whereas the job posting is for a Marketing Manager (75,000-100,000). Very strange and I’m not sure why they’re advertising this way. I spent a lot of time preparing for the Marketing Manager position, so it immediately threw me off a bit when he told me what the position actually was. Nonetheless, I continued, and I felt that we had a great conversation. It lasted the full 30 minutes and I was asked a lot of details/specifics on questions. One question I found strange was, “What are three professional areas that you strongly dislike?”. Overall, I still felt excited about the position and conversation after all of this. He specifically told me to keep an eye on my email for an in-person interview, and said “I will be honest I’m really interested in you”. It has been over a week and I haven’t heard about an in-person interview. One of the weirder experiences I’ve had with all of the misleading and false information.
