3 Rounds: 1. Screening Call: Tell me about yourself. Walk me through a DCF. What recent UK energy news have you kept up with? 2. Modeling Test: Wind farm DCF 3. Competency test: Lunch with the team, typical interview questions (tell me about a time when...), and a case study to analyse inefficiency in a wind farm. The interview was good, and the team was lovely, but it took too long to get back to me.

Informal and friendly interview and were very accommodating to time and location. The interview panel clearly wanted you to do your best and reframed questions when required. They knew what they were looking for and were keen to share the benefits.

Interview

Standard three stage interview process with hiring manager, senior management, a peer and Human Resources. Interview cover behavioural and technical competence. Optional to bring in project presentation to demonstrate experience. All stages were in-person and offices were nice and easy to find. Everyone was friendly and offer received next day
