Interview
Two stages. One was an online Q&A via HireVue app. You can search this online how it works. REI's questions allow you to review and change your response, which is nice, and reduces some stress. Second stage was a Facetime interview with the hiring manager. This was in lieu of a F2F due to Covid-19 restrictions.

I went through a pre-recorded interview and then a Teams interview. The pre-recorded interview was pretty generic and then the Teams interview allowed for more time to get to know the role and share your skills.
I filled out info online. They requested that you do video answers online. Once that was okayed, proceeded to then do an interview online. Was then sent an offer letter
