You never meet someone, instead they have you pre record your answers to their questions in an interview app on your phone at home. Then you just wait and hope they call. Super awakward but may be less stressful for those nervous in interviews.

You download an app that video records your answers to their questions, which come as pre video recorded (not live) employees asking you questions. Once you've recorded, you can't redo it so make sure you use their provided practice lessons.
