I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at REFORM (NY)
Interview
My understanding was that there were four rounds of interviews: 1) hr screener, 2) manager, 3) director, and 4) executive. There was an assessment between manager and director interviews, but it was fairly easy. I knew fairly early in the process that it wasn't a good match, lots of hints of "building the plane while flying." Made it to the third interview but I think then it was apparent it wasn't a good match, was rejected shortly after. Overall, everyone was very nice and the recruitment process was quick (for a nonprofit).

Question 1
Can you talk about a time where you had to clean messy datasets?
I was interviewed by the executive director and had the opportunity to also meet most of the senior staff. I also spoke with a few of the board members. It was an inspiring experience and addressed any questions that I may have had.

Question 1
How much I had raised in my previous positions and my experience with board development.
I was contacted in early December and scheduled interview. I was on a trip and got very sick and lost my voice. I though I’d be well enough to talk, but I had to ask to rescheduled. I was ghosted. I tried twice more to get a response. I reapplied. Nothing. Based on the reviews it was likely a blessing.
