RED Communication interview questions

There were four stages I should passed actually but I only could manage up to three interviews. The first one would be a quick call with HR, panel interviews, study case, presentation, and final interview with the group head where you'll be assigned if accepted on the role you applied.

I was conducted in Indonesian. The interview process was quite lengthy, taking about a month to hear back. The test was quite intensive and relatively quick, perhaps to gauge the applicant's abilities. The interview atmosphere was very relaxed and enjoyable, typical of an agency, with HR and the user.
