RDI Customer Service Representative interview questions

The interview was a group interview and the interviewer asked a few simple question. There were about 10 people and I am pretty sure everyone there got a job offer. It was just one interview and I got an email the same day offering me a job.

Easy and very comfortable environment. Open ended with questions as well as an assessment on the computer. The process was easy and non-stressful. They went out of their way to be fair and open about the position.
