Standard face to face interview with general manager and introduction to other employees. Very casual and informal, conversational interview. Interview was probably about 30 - 40 minutes, with time taken to explain the company's goals, achievements, processing procedures and biggest clients. Have a good resume with detail as it is referred to often in the interview. Time is spent allowing prospective employees a chance to ask questions of them about job duties, benefits, schedule, etc.
Follow up and call back happened within one day. Initial application was just an email cover letter with resume attached.
