RCR Consulting Group interview questions

The interview process with RCR was one of the best, the communication throughout the process and how quickly I was moved through the process and given a hiring decision really stood out to me. I was asked to share more about my background and what about the opportunity at RCR aligned with what I was looking for. Some of the questions were more structured but it was also very conversational which I enjoyed. I had a total of 2 interviews, both via video - the owner was very flexible to schedule around my availability. I also felt I was given a fair opportunity to ask questions during and after the interview process. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

Very unprofessional. Interviewer was working out on treadmill the entire time and would walk away from the camera to take water breaks. Didn't seem interested in questions or answers. Was also dressed inappropriately for an interview.
