      Call Center Supervisor Interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at RBCU (Bloomington, MN) in Jul 2015

      Interview

I was asked to fill out a paper application when I got there for my interview, even though I had already filled one out online. There were two interviewers, the hiring manager and who I assume was his boss. They took turn asking questions, dialogue was pretty open and comfortable although they didn't write anything down. I'm not sure how they intend to compare/contrast candidates without any notes.
