Conversational, behavioural questions. Very light and conversational, and interviewers are friendly. Interview was done online via webex. Around 5 to 7 questions and then there will be a time to ask questions to employers in the end
It was a 30 minutes interview process. General behavioural questions. They asked about past work experience and projects. Challenges faced, key strengths, hypothetical Q&As. Overall, it was an average interview experience. Interviewers were friendly but seemed new to the interviewing process.

Just an email for a 30 minute interview and then I was asked to pick a time-slot for one of the options that they had provided. The interview was done by 2 people,
They asked you to describe yourself first. Then they mostly asked questions about leadership and how are you as a leader. Questions required the interviewee to use STAR method to answer them.
