I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at RBC (Toronto, ON) in Jul 2015
Interview
First was a phone interview, spoke for about 30 minutes. Basic question, went out resume, rate familiarity with actuarial software. She said the next step was forwarding to hiring manager then if chosen will be contacted for face-to-face interview. Never got a call, simply checked online about 6 weeks and saw "No longer considered for role".

Interview
The worst interview process with hiring managers. They moved meetings around without notifying me and they do not care about your skills/strong suit and only focus on what you don't know and make you feel bad about it/not describing their way. It was just overall rude and a waste of time. They rushed through it and interrupted in the middle of talking to move on without letting me talk for more than a minute for a 1hr interview. Super terrible culture/first impression.

Question 1
Every little small thing on your resume/what was your hardest course in university? Made no sense as they expected me to remember from 4 years ago.
