first had a phone interview by an investment advisor asking a few preliminary questions and wanted to see how you sound on the phone. Then had an in-person interview with two investment advisors in the room asking mostly personality based questions. They offered me the job right after the interview and said that it was contingent on the background check. After everything was cleared up i received an offer package in the mail

Question 1
what do you like to do in your past time? what do you think about cold calling?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at RBC (Toronto, ON) in Aug 2015
Interview
This is just an intern opportunity, administrative assistant is full time job. The interviewed was done by the head, very straight forward and no question like describe yourself. Questions are all around marketing strategies to get new prospective clients. Cold calling is the most important part of this job/interview, so please well prepare about this and have some idea about how many appointments you can make every week/month.
The process is normal. After interview, I got the offer within 1 week, and then they will do background check.
Overall is good.
