      Provided online prescreen questions and role play, as well as phone interview, with no in person interview. Manager was very friendly and broke down many aspects of the opportunity. Allows you to make an informed decision should an offer of employment be presented to you.

      I applied for the job through the RBC website. Than, if selected applicants would move on to be part of a phone interview conducted by the HR department. Finally, applicants that ave successfully completed the phone interview would go on to have a live interview.

      I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RBC (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2018

      Interview

      Telephone interview for about 45 minutes. I was advised through email to call the HR at a specified time. I called and started conversation with small topics. The recruiter first informed me the terms and conditions of the job then started formal interview though throughout the time the recruited told that it is not formal interview and I could ask question anytime of the interview.
