The interview process was incredibly quick and easy. It's almost a if they are trying to sell you on the company vs what you have to offer the company. Right out of the gate a red flag that I should have trusted my gut feeling on.

Have you worked with food before? How well do you handle stress and being short handed? How can you save labor? Are you willing to work 10 to 14 hours shifts?
