RAKBANK interview questions

HR screening phone interview, then face to face interview with Branch Manager (they were 2 managers ) ..questions about branch banking experience and operations ? Knowledge about KYC , AML , FATCA CRS , banking formalities KFS ................

The interview was not performance related but background related. Some of the questions were irrelevant and count not have assessed the potential candidates know-how and skills. Overall, the team interview was fine but the HR interview questions was discomforting.
