I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RAINS (Lisbjerg) in Oct 2025
Interview
The interview process was very friendly and professional from start to finish. I felt welcomed and comfortable throughout the conversations, and the interviewers were well prepared and easy to talk to. It was clear that they genuinely wanted to get to know me as a person and understand both my skills and what I was looking for. Rather than just filling a position, they seemed focused on finding the right match for both sides. Overall the process felt structured, respectful, and transparent, and I had a very positive experience. I can definitely recommend it based on my experience.
Title: No feedback after three interviews.
Interview experience: Negative process
I went trough three interviews for a Store Manager role (first via Teams, then in person, and finally with a retail manager). Everything was presented as moving quickly, and I was asked to remain flexible with scheduling. After my second interview, I was even asked to provide references, which I did promptly. However, after the third interview - where the retail manager mentioned he would report back to my main contact. Despite multiple follow-ups by email, phone, and even Whatsapp (Where my message was read but never answered), I got a mail after three weeks saying "That they are sorry for the late communication. They are not sure about continuing the role and that he will call me the day after". Again a week passed by and I did not receive any further communication.
Conclusion: The process started out professional and efficient but ended in a very disrespectful way. After investing time, energy, and even providing references, candidates deserve at least a clear update or closure.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RAINS (New York, NY) in Feb 2021
Interview
Great interview process.
Conversations were honest, direct and the whole thing was a three step process.
There were two Virtual interviews and one in person once. The meetings were more of a dialogue and not scenario based questions.
