I applied through university. I interviewed at R2 Logistics (Columbus, OH) in May 2017
Interview
This was a pretty standard interview. Started with a phone screen and a personality test then moved on to a second round interview. I also sat with some of the employees after the interview to learn a little more about what they do.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at R2 Logistics (Columbus, OH) in Sept 2020
Interview
The interview was very casual and laid back. They asked questions that they needed to and got to know a little about me at the same time. It wasn't the interview that I had a negative experience with, but how they handled after. They hired me at the end of the interview and then I didn't hear back from them for two weeks. I emailed them several times and finally they responded with a short and vague response. It put a bad taste in my mouth and I couldn't help but think how unprofessionally they acted.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked about my work experience and how I handled situations.
The interview process is simple and easy. I personally applied through an indeed ad and got the call the next day. I started two weeks later. It was one of the easiest interview processes.
I applied online. I interviewed at R2 Logistics (Westerville, OH) in Mar 2018
Interview
I did a phone interview followed by an online test and then an in person interview as well as shadowing another employee for an hour. I was told that I was hired both after the initial one on one interview and the shadowing experience and that I could start on the 9th of April, we even discussed where I was going to sit. I followed up the Friday before I was to start because I hadn't received any paperwork to fill out and they informed me that they were heading in another direction and I was not hired. I'm really not that disappointed that I didn't get the job after reading the reviews on here but telling me that I am hired and then taking it back was very unprofessional. Also, they could have called before the Friday I was going to start to let me know they had changed their mind. I would not waste my time on the employer again, the entire operation is a crap show.
