The worst interview process. It is a fake interview process already they will select their candidates but for name sake they will conduct interview and wasting the people time... The interview is really tough and it is not related to coding at all.. Actually interview should be conducted to test the eligibility of candidate for the respected role but here the interview is complete nonsense it was such a tough that the questions no where related to coding and it definately effects the individual confidence... First of all they have to change the interviewer (trainer) who only knows anatomy but not coding.. He already has candidates in mind and for name sake interview will be conducted...the worst interview process and suggesting you not to attend the interview so that the company people understand the value of coders and will change their interview pattern.
