I was contacted by the company's recruiter. The first round happened with the company's senior member. I was a little bit confused to proceed with this company after going through reviews on Glassdoor but I just went forward and proceeded for interview. But while attending first round all reviews came true. The interviewer was very rude and he was not ready to listen anything whatever I was answering even after my correct answers he was confused and asking me are you sure or why are you using this. He seemed to be over-confident due as he was working in company since long time. His communication skills were so bad that I was not able to understand his questions and his internet was so bad that I was struggling to continue talking with him. In the last when call got stuck he randomly left call and when I rejoined he left again within a minute. He seems very impatient that he could not wait in the era of remote working. Overall experience was very bad. I am so happy not to work with R Systems. I understood whole working life in 30 minutes.
