Interview process is very smooth and it's completed very quickly according to my experience. I didn't expect this much fast. With in one day I got an offer letter. In my career this was very first time I got an offer in a day

There will be one telephonic followed by 2 face to face rounds. HR was polite and understanding. HR head will try to explain why you should join R Systems. Package not a constraint for good candidate.
