      Research Interview

      3 May 2011
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

The process took 5 days. I interviewed at R/GA in Apr 2011

      Interview

Sent in resume with recommendation. Got followup email and then a call to come in for interview. Met with assistant director and director. Both impressive and open people. But prep. I did not prep and it was a mistake. It's a busy place. Really busy. If you go in amped up you'll be better prepared to balance out that energy with your own. It seems like a demanding but highly stimulating place to work. I liked the people who interviewed me. They gave me a chance. Do better than me and be really clear with what value you bring and demonstrations of it... and you'll have better luck (or time) than I did.

      Question 1

Translate research findings into execution. Not unexpected or difficult. Again, I just didn't have those lined up as well as they should have been.
