I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at R/GA (New York, NY) in Nov 2016
Interview
The recruiting proess is very unprofessional. I was contacted and scheduled for an interview. It was very easy-going and carefree like the interviewers did not even look at my resume beforehand. I was then scheduled to meet the director. The interview went well and told me to wait for the next step. After two weeks of waiting, I was informed that I am getting another interview with two other managers because they "think" I fit more in the other team. A month of waiting after the interview, I was informed that they heard good things about me again. They also asked me if I was getting offers and interviews from other firms and told me to stay tune. After few weeks of waiting again, I emailed them asking about the process. That was when I found out they decided to pursue another candidate. The whole process went on for over 2 months and I was kept in the bait. very very unprofessional...
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at R/GA in Jun 2015
Interview
I was contacted by HR to complete an online interview. The process was easy enough - you get a set of 5 questions to answer. They are a mix of behavioral and brain teaser questions.
After the online interview, I got a call back from the HR for a screening round. She told me that she would get back to me after speaking to the team. I had to follow up multiple times before finding out that they have moved on with other candidates. I felt like the system was not very professional and it wasted my time waiting for a response.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at R/GA (New York, NY) in Aug 2014
Interview
I got the first call 4 days after I sent my application. The first round I talked with HR for half an hour. And 3 days later, I received an on-site interview. It was with the manager and then the director of the team. It lasted about an hour. People were nice. But I didn't get in.
