Manager asked for sales experience and prior furniture showroom sales experience. Asked for examples of customer sales situations and the sales process. Also, how you will handle potential conflict on the floor with other sales associates.

Lengthy interview 3 times long wait time, managers asked detailed questions. Waited several weeks before hearing back. They expect a lot out of there sales people it seems like. Good interview process overall

Poor and unorganized. There were no clear instructions and no follow up communication. You kind of just felt lost throughout the entire process. Seems like a cool company to work for, bummer it played out the way it did.
