Positives: Some nice discussions with team members. Big negative: It was implied to me that I would be hired once process of interviewing of other candidates was over and they even requested documents and 3 references 'to expedite the process'. After two weeks passed without hearing from anyone, I contacted HR to ask what was happening and they told me that the position was offered to someone else. I was disappointed and angry to say the least.
