I completed two out of the three stages of the interview process. The VP ran late and was very dismissive during the interview. It lacked structure, and he didn’t seem prepared with questions, which made the conversation feel disorganized.
Thank you for sharing this feedback. I’m really sorry to hear that your interview experience felt unstructured or dismissive. That’s not the experience we want anyone to have.
We take candidate experience seriously, and your comments have been shared internally to help us improve how we show up in interviews.
I appreciate you calling this out and wish you the best in what’s next.
30 minute zoom interview, interviewer had an abundance of somewhat uncomfortable energy right away, no small talk just an immediate dive into the product. general questions about past experience. no relocation assistance provided. would not have accepted another interview if offered.
We are genuinely sorry that your interview experience wasn't as welcoming as we strive for. We appreciate your insights as we always aim to create a comfortable environment for all. While our current policies do not offer relocation support, our goal is to be transparent about this from the start, so candidates can make informed decisions. We value all feedback and will share this with the interview team.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at QuotaPath in Oct 2021
Interview
I spoke with he Director of Customer Success about the position, she even showed me one of the native integrations in the platform. I then met with two Individual Contributors, one on the CS team, one from the Sales Org. Both were great to talk to about the product and the culture. Then I met with the CEO (who is amazing and incredibly easy to talk to) before moving on to the presentation part of the interview.
