I applied the internship position through a reference. The whole process only toke two weeks. One phone call interview and one onsite interview. After one week of the phone call interview, I had the onsite interview in the company, with one manager interviewing me.

the line manager interviewed the candidates. and it takes half an hour or so. before we go through the face to face interview, we may have a phone interview first.
