Was approached by a recruiter who had the position. I was able to interview within a couple of days. I went into the interview prepped for a general excel test and a few questions. Spoke with my soon-to-be supervisor and it felt as though we were in a conversation just talking about what sort of position I was looking for and what the role was about. I briefly got to meet with the person who was leaving my position (which I think was an opportunity most people don't get). I asked her a few questions and then moved onto the excel test. While I was completing my excel test, my interviewer told me that they would be extending me an offer. I asked if I could take a week to think about it, since I had one more interview left. She said of course. It took me the weekend to decide that I really wanted to join the firm and accepted at the beginning of the week.
