Worst interview process I have ever faced. I think they are not really looking to hire, they are showcasing that they are looking to hire some Sr resources. If you are clear the rounds they will keep on increase the rounds till you will get rejected(I have clear 4 rounds, 5th round got rejected) and also Sr folks who will take the interview they switched around 10 companies in the span of 22 years, but people who are attending the interviews they should not switch companies frequently. Before raising these questions to interviewee , think your self Whats your current company count number.
Obviously if 22 years experience guy will take interview, people can’t reach your mindset as they interviewee are 15 or 16 years less experienced than yours.
Just define the proper interview process as part of recruitment. What is the use of this Sr folks except having brain of employees and interviewee.
Just re think of like this Sr folks.
