Got a text message to go to their Euless office and take a math test. Got a call the next day to schedule an interview at the same office . Interview was straightforward , and mentioned that they ask everyone the same questions for fairness. Also mentioned that they get thousands of applications but are only going to hire around 25. Asked which Quiktrip I would prefer to work at, and the distance I'm willing to travel to another one. Make sure you know the address of the one you are wanting to work at, my interviewer could not find my quik trip on the map he had. Also asks the times you'll be available , which I was unprepared for ,because I assumed they'd have my application - DONT ASSUME! Had to slowly memorize my lengthy college schedule . Afterwards I received a free drink coupon - which my interviewer noted that everyone gets them. Overall a nice experience . Was told that I would receive a letter if I didn't get the job, and a call if I did. 2 weeks passed and got neither- so was still hopefull. Received a call the other day for orientation. Decided to come back to glass door and share my experience , since I came here for interview help as well! Good luck!

Quick and easy interview process overall. The questions themselves weren’t very difficult and were mostly straightforward. The math portion can feel a bit tricky at first, but with a little practice it becomes much easier over time. If you prepare ahead and stay calm, the whole process is pretty manageable.

Just asked about prior part time experience in customer facing roles. They apparently count how many times you smile so keep that in mind. Another big thing they worry about is if you have reliable transportation.
