The interview process was quite bad. The talent acquisition team asked the same question a minimum of 5 times over the phone screening and then asked the exact same question in the video interview. They also did not take the effort to look at the resume and asked questions that were very clearly listed in the resume. They were also very rude in the video interview, almost as if they were doing me a favour by interviewing me. Zero introduction of the company, zero interest in getting to know the candidate and absolutely horrible attitude. No wonder they have so many open positions on LinkedIn.
