Ho inviato la mia candidatura online. Sono stato contattato dopo una settimana. Primo colloquio conoscitivo (motivazionale) con HR. Secondo e terzo colloquio tecnico con capo tecnico (Team Leader). Domande relative alle mie conoscenze in ambito progettazione meccanica. Esperienza piacevole, personale educato e disponibile, anche per feedback.
Very fast and clear hiring process. Explained everything clearly, both HR team and technical supervisors. I can say that I was fully satisfied and I would recommend to other people

Question 1
What do you think is the most important think to advance in you job position?
Interview went fine, good questions for the specific background and some were not easy to answer because of the hard difficulty that they had. Also was not sure of the outcome of the interview as i had to wait for a feedback.
Phone Interview, mostly about my current situation. It was for an early career position, they were interested in Junior Engineers, not students looking for an Internship. Got my CV from an online platform.
