Interview
Simple interview. Basic interview questions. must pass a drug screen and background check as well as a TB skin test. Lots of training afterwards to prepare you for the job.

Tell us about yourself. Have you worked with disabled adults?
It was easy. they called and i came in for an interview. they talked to me for half an hour and called me back that day for an offer. training takes a little while but it is paid. they also do the CPR training on site which is helpful.
